Please note that in the rare case that your specifications can not be met, your lettering may be resized for best fit. If this should be the case it will be noted on your proof prior to approval. You will be asked to sign your proof and send it back to customer service either electronically or via fax. Only then will your order begin to be processed. Due to the fact that all message benches are custom made to your specifications they can not be returned. All remembrance benches are made of 100% recycled material.
